Associate M365 Consultant (Digital Workplace Technical Engineer) - Seoul

Job summary

Develop detailed and execute against project plans and work breakdown structures. Create and implement systems and platform designs based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements to solution / technologies.
• Complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
• Learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
• Work with the project manager(s) to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
• Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.

Qualifications

• Existing full-time work rights in South Korea.
• Full professional proficiency in Korean and working proficiency in English.
• Highly motivated and results oriented.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Systems Integrator or within a large organization (>2000 users) implementing complex IT solutions.
• 2-3 years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
• Must be certified in Microsoft Microsoft 365.
• Have undertaken several Microsoft 365 migrations including.

Skills

• Business Productivity (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Teams).
• Exchange & Messaging Technologies.
• Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid).
• Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S).
• Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP and other security solutions.

• Citrix.
• Teams Enterprise Voice configuration.
