    WHO YOU ARE

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience within a similar SEO role
    • Demonstrable experience in improving SEO metrics and working with platform migrations
    • Demonstrable experience in geographical targeting and local search
    • Demonstrable experience with using a variety of Search Engine Optimization tools and platforms such as NAVER and Google Search Console,
    • Naver and Google Analytics, BrightEdge
    • Proven knowledge and experience implementing SEO technical solutions HTML/CSS/JS coding skills
    • Proven skills in working with all common Microsoft packages including strong Excel skills as well as in working with automation on data scraping tools and scripts
    • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
    • Basic language skills in both written and spoken English
    • Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture, values and way of working

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization) expertise in both onsite and offsite factors across all digital touchpoints to product teams by supporting in definition of user stories and providing research and analytics feedback
    • Analyzing, reviewing and implementing SEO updates and tactics across the digital touch points providing recommendations for content and technology to increase visibility on all major organic search players
    • Perform ongoing keyword research and content optimization aggregated with a global scope
    • Responsible for SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to find the best balance across organic and paid search
    • Act as a member of the Ecommerce working group and proactively contribute to Ecommerce plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
    • Collaborate crossfunctional with content creators, markets and stakeholders to identify new SEO opportunities and develop common solutions
    • Responsible for NAVER Shopping Management
    • Use the insight from the Data Science & Analytics teams to understand search visibility, using this data to inform designs for use interfaces to improve the user experience
    • Work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering solutions towards the correct focus on customer experience
    • This position will report to Marketing Communication Manager
