- Plans and directs all aspects of mechanical engineering activities for the PCHE product group
- Ensures all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the company's policies and objectives.
- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect this functional area of responsibility
- Capability to resolve escalated issues arising from operations
- Document, analyze, review and verify that the mechanical design meets the requirements specified by applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
- Approve suitability of manufacture of product design according to existing Company or new processes
- Provide technical support to other departments and clients during sales or project execution processes
- Network and collaborate with other engineers and professionals
- Allocating resources and time effectively
