About the Role Position Objective:
Develop and execute strategic plans for product and related programs to achieve company goals and better customer value proposition
[담당 업무]
1. Product Development and Modification
: Launch new product and modify existing products by taking all the product development initiatives
Conduct market research and propose & articulate relevant product strategy
Research competitor's products and background of customer needs to identify innovative ideas
Develop a product concept and positioning both in the market and in our product portfolio
Drive timely launch of the product by cooperating with team members
Leading a PDC processes to get top management approval
2. Product portfolio management
: Identify AIA product position in the market, build AIAK's product strategy and manage product portfolio based on product strategy
To establish product strategies to facilitate the profitable growth of relevant key channels
To build and drive a strategic product portfolio considering the growth potential and VoNB contribution etc
To identify the product or benefit enhancement area to meet the evolving customer needs and competitive environments
To lead healthcare service management and strategy to enhance whole propositions.
3. Product promotion and marketing
: Develop, execute, and support product promotion and marketing to keep the right product mix
To present key value proposition and selling points internally (ExCO, PDC members) and externally (Fields) so that product is communicated in the right direction as planned
To assist key Sales Channels in planning and implementation of the product campaign and promotion
4. Product Operation
Support operation departments when collaboration and supports from product team are needed.
To lead and support product operation parts to deliver properly designed policy documents such as sales illustration and provisions to customers without regulatory issues
To seek enhancement points to improve operational processes related to product development and enhancements
[자격 요건]
Minimum of 10+ years working experience in insurance industry, actuarial or sales experience would be plus
Local, international actuarial licenses preferred
Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing diverse teams
Excellent communication skills
Strong project management skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Korea
