    Bose Enterprise Technology Services is seeking a talented Information Technology, Tier-3 Operations Systems Engineer to support on-site and regional IT operations for the South Korea location.

    This role is responsible to deliver world class IT services ensuring we support the South Korean business initiatives and employee experiences by contributing to global IT strategies that support the "Long Range Vision" for Bose.

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities

    General Performance Objectives:

    The IT Operations systems engineer is responsible for providing IT service of both of physical and digital to support users, offices and business in South Korea and APAC region as the focal point of on-site IT staff.

    Conduct day-to-day standard operations and provide support hardware and software services. Provide technical support of (not limited to):

    Endpoint computing

    Server Computing

    Networking (wired and Wi-Fi)

    Conferencing/Printing/Telephony/Smart Technologies

    Software/hardware provisions and contracts

    Server room, data center and office facilities

    IT Asset and lifecycle Management

    Local systems administrator

    Liaison with local vendors and/or service providers

    Information security related activities, vulnerability remediation

    Provide technical support for automotive engineer function and their specific systems and applications (CAD, design, acoustic, analyzer and etc.) In charge of procurement requests for new software, hardware and supplies. Coordinate with maintenance, warranty and other IT related contracts. Ensure compliance with IT and security policies, procedures and strategies. Follow the Bose IT processes and ITSM system, including Incident, Change, IT Asset Management and Agile method. Support and improve service metrics and regional OKRs on a continuous basis. Support global IT initiative and project activities. Support the Resiliency Management Office and Global Information Security to ensure all applications and tools meet all Security, Resiliency, and compliancy requirements (PCI, TISAX, etc.)

    Availability for occasional work in the evenings or weekends.

    Native in Korean language.

    Fluency in English.

    Occupational Experiences

    3-5 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting current IT environments, including device hardware and software, printers, Windows and Macintosh operating systems, and networking.

    Proven working experience in providing help desk support.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, troubleshooting and management.

    Proficiency in server room or data center infrastructure physical management.

    Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

    Experience with creating knowledge base, how-to, training and/or orientation documents for users and/or other IT team members.

    Strong client-facing and communication skills.

    Customer service orientation.
