    This position is responsible for promptly and consistently managing various customer inquiries and issues that arise throughout the service experience, with the goal of enhancing overall customer satisfaction. By working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers, the role involves resolving diverse challenges while building sustainable partnerships and trust.     Responsibilities


    •   Manage customer service history and service quality


    •   Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, website, and other channels


    •   Provide technical consultation for rapid resolution of customer issues


    •   Analyze customer experience data and identify service quality and process improvements


    •   Develop and update training materials for product, technical support, and service-related topics


    •   Operate service training programs for internal staff and distributors

    Required Qualifications


    •   Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support and technical support for research equipment


    •   Understanding of products in related fields such as life sciences and medical devices


    •   No restrictions for domestic and international business travel


    •   Excellent communication skills (Korean and English)

    Preferred Qualifications


    •   Understanding of applications in Tomocube's holotomography products


    •   Experience with bioimaging research equipment (confocal, light sheet, HCS, etc.)


    •   Knowledge and work experience with electronic devices and optical products


    •   Proficiency in software tools such as CRM and remote support systems


    •   English communication skills


    •   Self-motivated with a proactive leadership attitude
