Position Summary

Working in a fast-paced and guest-facing business, Technical Services is a dynamic team responsible for the all elements of maintenance across the resort to ensure the park is always operating safely and effectively. Our team members are enthusiastic and motivated to deliver and improve the service we provide, while having a sense of fun and community that comes from working with Merlin Entertainments and LEGOLAND Korea Resort.

You are responsible for the resort ride attractions. You will ensure the maintenance, repair and upgrades are conducted safely and effectively by your teams who provide very professional technical knowledge & skill

Key Objective:

• Maintain rides to keep operating safely and effectively
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly, annual and any other necessary planned preventative maintenance activity
• Conduct all the Health and Safety elements of ride maintenance work and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulation
• Diagnoses system failure and provide immediate and corrective action

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily work order clearly cascaded to assigned team and check all necessary safety measure in place
• Conduct ride maintenance jobs to ensure quality and compliance with job standards
• Responsible for utilizing INFOR-EAM to daily work
• Ensure that all maintenance related risk assessments are well adapted to field
• Keep tools, machines, and all other company equipment in clean and good working condition

Background and Experience:

• Over 1 years' experiences in electric / control maintenance experience
• Over 1 years' experiences in Automation (PLC / Sequence Control) experience
• Experience in theme park, resort, attraction preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently

Education:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred

Work Environment:

• Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions

Other Requirements:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
• Requires a valid driver's license and passport.
• Requires technician license

Health & Safety:

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
