Meeting product demands with business unit

Creating new product concepts with SiC MOSFET and additional function blocks such as current sensing, temperature sensing etc.

Define the root cause of failure and generate the corrective actions

Providing technical support for production and development issues

Analyzing SiC MOSFET technology and trends

Design and modification of SiC MOSFET based on TCAD simulation

Collaborating closely with SiC development engineers in Korea and other sites.

Working closely with other teams such as package development, process development and reliability etc.
