    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    WBD is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will also play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client support and operations, as well as providing essential administrative and support functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to facilitate the seamless delivery of materials to digital clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Client Support & Operation:

  • Liaise with INSEAK client for material-related matters, including localization, format, and other requirements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations and Metadata teams at the Home Office to ensure the timely delivery of all necessary materials to digital clients.
  • Coordinate with Tech Ops on material requests and set up a supply chain for digital clients.
  • Keep meticulous track of all material deliveries based on each contract, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with DETE (Digital Expansion Team) for onboarding new clients and addressing their specific needs.
  • Handle invoicing and billing processes for materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Take ownership of Metadata responsibilities, ensuring the accurate and complete representation of content data. Administration & Support:
  • Provide general ad-hoc day-to-day support as required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the sales operations team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and materials for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Support team members in various administrative tasks to enhance overall team productivity. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in sales operations or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for coordination and data management.
  • Familiarity with digital content and media industry practices is a plus. How We Get Things Done...
