    SUMMARY OF JOB

    For Account Representative
    - Under general direction and within Clarios policies and procedures, administers, directs and supervises all activities for aftermarket sales in the assigned countries.
    - Working the sales process, development and management of the region that covers the container export business.
    - Being responsible for executing the Clarios marketing and sales strategies for the aftermarket commercial organization in assigned region
    - Support for achieving the annual profit plan for the region, covering volumes, margins and cash collection.
    - Support some useful/necessary information to direct manager at a pratical working level
    - Studying and following up assigned countires' varriors such as custom clearance requirement and required report to submit for each countries.
    - Finding new opportunity with assinged/new countries without conflict of Clarios other corporation.
    - Managing all internal process related to sales.
    - Strategic approach considering each countries' demand, requirement

    For Business Support
    - Business documentation and business process support
    - Monthly sales closing/documentation with commercial/SC/Finance team
    - Daily work support coordination (Ordering, shipment, payments, etc)

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate cross functional efforts and provides direction to ensure timely completion of assignments/tasks based on project plans and schedules for the customer. Observe conditions and make decisions necessary to meet established project goals and product launches.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with the customer. This includes developing strong working relationships with the customer's merchandising group and other critical customer functions (replenishment and operations).
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and conferences as required.
  • Responsible for preparing for presentations at large customer meetings and conferences.
  • Support the development of sales presentations & new business development proposals. Present individual and team results in internal sales meetings, strategic account review meetings and customer conferences as assigned.
  • Interact with internal leaders on issues, questions, and solutions related to financial, production & distribution matters. This also includes interacting with plant personnel on issues related to production and transportation.
  • Manages day to day activities related to attainment of sales and margin goals for assigned accounts.
  • Reviews and analyse cost, volume, and pricing relationships to assure attainment of return on investment goals. Recommends actions to increase profitability (this can include utilizing category management resources and data)
  • Responsible for input to the CRM platform related to customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline attainment.
  • Provide weekly activity updates to Area Sales Manager. Provide periodic reporting updates to Clarios management on status of customer initiatives.
  • Work with assigned customers to develop sales forecasts for input into demand planning system (this includes forecasts, seasonal orders, and line changes to optimize fill-rate performance)
  • Develop internal financial, engineering, and change documents as required for the customer.
  • Track/evaluate warranty costs and implement a plan to assist customer in warranty control efforts.
  • Train customer's regional/district/store personnel on battery selling and warranty skills
  • Train and work with customer's commercial sales teams in their respective regional areas
  • Provide follow up support for the customer on consumer complaints and liability claims
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and conferences as required
  • Prepares annual budgets, cost projections and monthly forecasts and firm ups.
  • Reviews and analyzes cost, volume and pricing relationships to assure attainment of return on investment goals
  • Reviews and analyzes the cost effect of major changes in operations, equipment and process as it relates to customer satisfaction and sales in their area.
  • Recommends actions to increase profitability.
  • Performs special assignments and analysis as directed by the senior leadership
  • Drive model development based on customer's request and demand forecast
  • Find opportuniy with customers to strengthen brand portfolio, birng new line up for mutual benefit
  • Performes Internal process management with related team
  • Performes weekly, montly basis backlog care
  • Analyzing each customer's market segment based on characteristic of each country REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing in the automotive industry.
    - More than 2 years progressive sales and marketing experience. International sales experience is important.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Strong and decisive leader who can make decisions and support their team
    - Extremely detail orientated
    - Excellent margin, cost analyzing skills
    - Strong Public Speaking Skills
    - Strong Problem Solving Skills
    - Must be a strong negotiator with a very high level of commercial understanding
    - 20% travel
