    Key Accountabilities

    • Develops business partnership relationship with management and employees through expert consultative counsel and support of the human resources function_compensation and benefit related tasks & employee admin support.
    • Effectively communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with all levels of management and employees if necessary.
    • Responsible for other C&B related duties as required.
    • Respond to the union for wage and benefit related request under direction of HRM.

    Education / Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology or business, and Masters is a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in human resources in a manufacturing facility preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy essential.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with intermediate- to advanced-level experience in Microsoft Excel required.
