  • Plans sales volumes and potential ofcustomers group.
  • Provides information via CRM forforecasts and planning.
  • Analyzes and evaluates markets andneeds of potential or existing customers.
  • Prepares customer contacts, buildsand maintains a customer focused network in order to develop both customer andindustry / vertical market expertise systematically.
  • Investigates and evaluates specificbusiness opportunities for products / solutions by analyzing mid-terminvestments of customers in this industry / vertical market.
  • Supports customers directly incost/benefits analyses and calculations in order to demonstrate specificadvantages of using Innomotics products.
  • Prepares and negotiates projects andproposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
  • Coordinates the realization ofassignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective productdevelopments, projects or services programs for the customer.
  • Completes sales and revenue relatedkey reporting.
  • Contributes to the development of anAfter Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs.
  • Your profile.

  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing.
  • Experience in Vertical/OEM sales is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics/Intralogistics/Warehouse is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
