    Introduction to the job

    Provides administrative, general or expertise support for a department or group of individuals, or to senior executives. Mainly responsible for supporting the sales team with operational tasks, ensuring smooth processes, and maximizing efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Role and responsibilities

  • Manage commercial operation process of system & upgrade, including Forecast input/ Quotation/ PO booking/ Delivery monitoring.
  • Actively support global account managers inquiries.
  • Communicate regularly with HQ central planning to ensure accurate System and Upgrade forecast & allocation.
  • Communicate regularly with Finance, Supply teams to ensure System and Upgrade shipment for timely revenue recognition.
  • Communicate regularly with Customers to ensure Quotation & PO progress, Delivery control, and Software license control.
  • Manage customer portal system input and related queries.
  • Support Sales data analysis and Develop automation tools for efficient operations.
  • Education and experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in sales support operations or a similar role (required work exp in 2-5 years)
  • Preferred semi-industry work experience
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data management & analytical skills (e.g. Power BI)
  • Proficiency in MS skills (excel, ppt), SAP
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, Native in Korean
