Hauptaufgaben

Performs periodic preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing on all locks and locking devices to insure proper operation and minimum failure rates.

Performs troubleshooting to locate cause of improper operation or malfunction of a wide range of commercially manufactured locking devices as well as locking bolts and other fastening devices.

Uses a bench lathe, drill press, electric drills, acetylene torch, soldering iron, brazing torches, and welding equipment and techniques (electric and gas) as appropriate to the task.

Performs miscellaneous machinist tasks in connection with above work, such as operating lathe to machine parts, polishing, grinding, etc. Fabricates specialized tools and parts on lathe and associated machines.

Performs maintenance and calibration or a variety of tools and equipment used by machinists, sheet metal workers, carpenters, and electricians.

Performs other duties as assigned.

주업무:
각종 잠금장치들의 정상작동 및 안정성에 대한 정기적인 점검, 검사 및 테스트를 실시합니다. 잠금장치들의 고장에 대한 원인을 파악하고 수리를 진행합니다.

작업을 위해 절삭기 선반, 드릴 프레스, 전기 드릴, 아세틸렌 토치, 납땜 인두, 경납땜 토치 및 각종 (전기/가스)용접장치 및 기술을 사용합니다.

상기 작업에 필요한 절삭기계 운영, 연마, 분쇄 등의 각종 기계공 관련 작업을 수행합니다. 관련기계의 특수 장비나 부품을 제작합니다. 기계공, 금속정비공, 목공, 전기공들이 사용하는 장비들에 대한 정비와 보정을 실시합니다. 기타 부여된 업무를 수행합니다.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

• This position has been designated as KN EMERGENCY-ESSENTIAL (MISSION ESSENTIAL). KN EE (ME) Position Agreement Form (USFK Form 200EK) must be signed prior to appointment of the selectee for this position. 2. Relocation Allowance will NOT be authorized for the selectee from outside the commuting area. 3.

For Area II applicants:

Selectee for this position may be eligible for relocation allowance if applicable and all requirements in paragraph 8-13 (Relocation Allowance) of USFK regulation 690-1 are met.

Under the Yongsan Relocation Plan (YRP), individual moves of the selectee from Area II to other Areas will be authorized by the YRP moving services processes as stipulated in Civilian Human Resources Transformation Guidance.
