    HR Specialist (1 year Temporary)

    As a HR Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Seoul South Korea, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for several assigned service lines , while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. They also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

    ** Please note that the contract period is one year and may extend for a couple of months depending on the situation.

    Your responsibilities

    • Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility
    • Providing on-demand reports related to business processes where required
    • Being accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards
    • Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics from business side and delivers support across several service lines
    • Supporting cross-collaboration within HR Services operations team and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies
    • Supporting or take part in on-going HR related projects
    • Giving support to Country HR Manager on various HR related activities and projects

    Your background

    • 0-3 years of working experience in HR function
    • Knowledge/understanding of local statutory, legal and labor law would be preferred
    • Multinational companies working experiences would be preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
    • Good organization and problem-solving skills
    • Business level in verbal and written English
