- Address questions on products and services
- Transmit brand awareness, product knowledge, personalized engagement, and storytelling when communicating with customers
- Provide skincare and product educational training for customers and partners
- Serve as the contact point for everyone who wants to sell and buy products and deliver information about the latest product launches, trends, and brand values
- Represent the company during offline and online events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Operate all tools available, such as SFSC, and ERP system in a steady and agile way
- Report VOC and CS issues
- More than 10 years of experience in beauty education or customer service position
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Prior Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
