An international skincare company is looking for a CS & Beauty Consultant Team Lead. The chosen applicant will play an integral role in connecting with customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Address questions on products and services
• Transmit brand awareness, product knowledge, personalized engagement, and storytelling when communicating with customers
• Provide skincare and product educational training for customers and partners
• Serve as the contact point for everyone who wants to sell and buy products and deliver information about the latest product launches, trends, and brand values
• Represent the company during offline and online events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Operate all tools available, such as SFSC, and ERP system in a steady and agile way
• Report VOC and CS issues

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in beauty education or customer service position
• Experience in eCommerce is a plus
• Prior Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
