    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Brand Manager, Immunology is responsible for managing establish brand positioning and driving performance, leading brand team and working with IFTs (In field team) in their efforts to carry out the company's goals and strategies and supports the team.

    Especially, shaping the market for accelerated penetration with expanded indication is expected performance. Business & financial acumen (long term sale forecasting, budget management and business case development) based on market environment understanding, generating impactful insights to strategy thru stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution including effective storytelling with proper material/tactics are expected capabilities.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Participating in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion
    • Executing marketing strategies
    • Developing annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
    • Recognizing the needs of key stakeholder and addressing them
    • Participating in trainings and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies
    • Developing detailing materials in line with the brand team's goals and strategies
    • Understanding and presenting clinical data (must be able to provide as much information as necessary and answer product-related questions, instructions on usage, safety data, clinical study data, etc.)
    • Leading eChannel Management
    • Managing patient support program (TBD)
    • Ensuring all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
    • Achieving sales, margin and market share annual goals.
    Additional Information
    • Bachelor's degree with scientific background preferred
    • Experience in immunology or Dermatology preferred
    • Relevant experience in new brand launch preferred
    • 3+ years of sales or marketing experiences in relevant industry
    • Strong communication skills
