Who you are

As the IKEA Food Manager at IKEA Dongbusan, you will lead the Food agenda in the store, contributing to the overall business success as a member of the steering group and ensuring IKEA Food financial results according to unit, national and global frames.

Who you are
You have previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry.
You have experience of creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals.
We are looking for you who have strong leadership skills and can lead and inspire a big team.
You are motivated by leading the organisation in continuously improving performance with an ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines

A day in your life with us

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring our guests are always in focus, initiating a constant dialogue and taking actions to improve the customer experience.

Contributing in the creation of the IKEA store business plan and ensuring that national and global strategies are aligned with local priorities.

Ensuring a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume and commercial priorities.
Responsible for maximizing sales through commercial and operational excellence.

Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative.
