    Overall Objectives of the Position

    • The QA Associate will entail ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements in support of regulatory (ISO, EXCiPACT and applicable agencies), internal standard and customer expectations, by carrying out routine quality assurance and quality control tasks and activities.
    • The QA Associate will handle to Documentation System, Quality Management System Training System building-up and operation to ensure the systems compliance with all Domestic and Global regulatory and corporate requirements.

    You role

    • Conduct thorough reviews and provide approvals for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Actively engage in the GMP training program at the plant, ensuring that training management aligns with both site-specific and global requirements.
    • Organize and facilitate onboarding training related to GMP, while effectively managing and maintaining training records.
    • Support customer audits by ensuring that Quality Management Systems comply with corporate and industry standards, including ISO and EXCiPACT.
    • Oversee the management of document lists and systematically organize the indexing of documents for archiving within the QA archive.
    • Retrieve and maintain executed qualification documents, batch records, and other relevant documentation as needed.
    • Conduct reconciliations of controlled copies and logbooks to ensure accuracy and accountability.
    • Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices and the application of all company standards throughout documentation processes.
    • Serve as the QA Document Coordinator, effectively managing the QA archive to ensure accessibility and compliance.
    • Deliver end-user training and regulate access within electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
    • Promote transparency and clarity in all documentation processes and the utilization of documentation systems, including eDMS and eQMS.

    Who You Are

    • Minimum bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biology, biotechnology chemistry, or a related discipline.
    • At least 1 years of working experience in an international pharmaceutical or biological GMP/ISO environment with GMP/ISO experience.
    • Good communication skill in English/Korean.

    • Result orientation, accuracy and reliability.
