Key Responsibilities

·Utilize the ERP system to handle and maintain Purchase Orders.

·Review and validate Purchase Order Proposals (POP) based on production schedules and plans in the ERP system (M3 system).

·Initiate Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to suppliers and ensure timely follow-up on quotations.

·Facilitate the purchase pricing change process, adhering to the internal approval grid for new items and price adjustments.

·Monitor and track defective parts from suppliers.

·Establish and update Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Safe Stock levels in the ERP system in accordance with the purchasing process.

·Maintain proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams regarding schedules and the development of new items.

·Register material master data for new items in the ERP system.

·Manage consignment stocks with suppliers.
