Lead the Re-launch of Our German Business: Germany Country Manager

InterX is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Germany Country Manager
to lead the
reorganization and re-launch of our established German subsidiary
. Based in
Frankfurt
, you will be responsible for re-establishing our cutting-edge manufacturing AI solutions in the German market. A key focus will be on
performing direct local sales, building a new team, and establishing a robust partner network
to drive tangible business results.

Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As Germany Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful re-launch and growth of InterX's German business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop & Execute Re-launch Strategy
  : Based on in-depth market analysis, formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for the re-launch of the German subsidiary.
• Redefine Go-To-Market Strategy
  : Create and redefine an effective go-to-market strategy tailored to the unique characteristics of the German market.
• Direct Sales & Partner Development
  : Proactively seek out optimal local partners (field/sales structure) and perform direct sales to secure a solid customer base and new partnerships.
• Team Building
  : Recruit and build a new, high-performing local team to ensure successful business operations.
• Build & Nurture Key Relationships
  : Establish and maintain strong relationships with major clients (large enterprises, SIs, partners) in Germany, consistently creating new business opportunities.
• Budget Management & Operations
  : Oversee budget management, ensure efficient subsidiary operations, and demonstrate strong leadership in team building.
• Seamless Communication with HQ
  : Maintain clear and effective communication with our headquarters in Korea, providing regular reports on the German business status and ensuring strong collaboration.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For in You

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and capabilities for the Germany Country Manager role:

• Extensive Experience (12+ years)
  : Possess a comprehensive sales background in both the IT (AI/Software) sector and the Manufacturing sector (factories, production facilities, etc.). Proven experience in B2B sales of complex
  IT solutions
  is essential in Germany
• Language Proficiency

• German
  : Native(required).
• English
  : Business-level proficiency for professional communication (required).
• Core Competencies
  : A proactive mindset with a deep understanding of startup culture, coupled with a strong ability to actualize business initiatives and lead a successful re-launch.
• Communication Skills
  : Excellent ability to communicate swiftly and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders. A deep understanding of the local IT and manufacturing landscape in Germany is crucial.
• Networking Capability
  : Demonstrated ability to leverage local sales networks to identify optimal partners and recruit necessary local talent.
• Industry Expertise (Preferred)
  : Candidates with experience from IT companies within major manufacturing groups or from manufacturing IT departments are highly preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant industries.
