- Responsible for synthesis of OLED materials
- Coordinate all design of New Materials.
- Resolve technology challenges through focused scientific methodology, multidisciplinary approach and innovative thinking.
- Create and secure intellectual property for DuPont.
- Promote strong communication with all team members.
- Ensure implementation of constructability concepts.
- Identify and take corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project goals for cycle-time, cost, and quality are met.
- Master Degree or Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry.
- Quick learner for the new chemical reactions.
- Preparation and characterization of novel materials using multi-step organic synthesis methods.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
DuPont OLED within Electronics & Industrial Business has Chemist openings in Dongtan, Korea. We are seeking highly motivated synthetic chemists with specialist experience in heterocycle and/or aromatic small molecule synthesis.
The Chemist is responsible for synthesis of OLED materials, coordinating all design of new materials, developing new materials and discover new synthetic of OLED materials for mobile, TV and various high-end displays including flexible and transparent devices.
