- Define and achieve sales target for allocated channels by driving delivery of share of wallet, new business opportunities and portfolio development.
- Supports the channel management team to develop the strategy for channel growth and responsible for local implementation.
- Responsible for all local channel development activities, including defining the roadmap for AOP delivery, execution, and management. This includes launching NPIs to channel field sales teams and developing local promotional activities.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with field sales teams and marketing team including business management to ensure tactical execution of channel sale plan.
- Coordinates and communicates business development initiatives with the channels to incentivize channels and improve strategic alignment.
- Conducts regular local business reviews with channels, identifying opportunities for growth and coordinating the resources to execute.
- Develop and maintain relationships at senior levels in channel.
- Maintain a high level of business and competitor knowledge, coordinating the local collective of competitive intelligence to share with the commercial management function.
- Contribute to the business forecasting and planning process.
- Liaise with order fulfillment and planning for large or strategic projects through the channel.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Biomedical Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Bio-engineering. Preferable if have an MBA or MS.
- At least 10 years of experience with sales and marketing in the medical or diagnostics field.
- Preferable if have people management experience.
