- Develop demand forecasts based on various factors such as demand patterns, business trends, etc.
- Manage IBP Demand Forecast and Production Planning related SAP Master data
- Recommend inventory strategies and train other demand analysts
- Lead internal S&OP meetings and prepare for AP/ Global S&OP meetings
- Conduct regular audits of current practices to encourage change and continuous improvement
- Run monthly demand reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements
- More than 5 years of SCM experience in demand forecast management in the automotive division
- Practical experience in SAP PP / MM Module
- Prior experience with global meeting in English
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and data management tool (VBA, VBS, Python etc.)
- Proficient in English
