About the Client
Our client is a global industrial manufacturer providing high-performance connector and interconnect solutions for harsh and demanding environments across Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, Automotive, Medical, and Energy Storage markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical application support across Korea and Rest of Asia (ROA), with strong focus on Aerospace & Defense customers
Act as the primary technical interface with customer engineering teams
Identify system design requirements and deliver application solutions from concept to production
Understand technical market trends and identify product expansion opportunities, especially in Aerospace & Defense markets
Support issue resolution with global R&D and engineering teams
Deliver technical presentations and capture Voice of Customer (VOC)
Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
3–22 years of experience in FAE, Application Engineering, or connector/interconnect roles
Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense applications preferred
Strong understanding of connectors, cable assemblies, and system-level design
Customer-facing technical experience and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific (ROA)
