SKILLS AND ACTIVITIES
• I have worked in the facility industry for over four years and gained valuable experience in all aspects of facility management. Throughout the office relocation project, I learned how to prioritize tasks and operate on a planned basis through experience in managing move vendors and asset purchases, including annual and ongoing budgeting. Through responsibility and management of the vendor service quality performance, I was able to learn communication skills that satisfy clients and companies.
• As part of the project team, I was able to build teamwork and leadership by developing scope and schedule and procuring and executing movement, furniture changes, and small project requests.
• I volunteered to assist FC as a receptionist and actively aimed the development of my career to the next steps. I started in inventory and stock management and gained supervision over cleaning vendors. At first, because of the position of reception, the cleaning service workers were reluctant to be supervised by me. However, I tried to improve the work environment by listening to their difficulties and providing an efficient and high-quality cleaning environment.
•I suggested hosting the office open party and proceeding with the budget. For the successful event, I hired a professional host, who was highly praised by foreign clients. In addition, by proposing welcome kits for new employees, we received satisfactory onboarding experience reviews from new hires.
•To improve client satisfaction, kept a friendly and accessible attitude to clients at the office front as a concierge. I promoted the improvement of the work environment by issuing requests such as purchasing new furniture. • I have experience selling at that store. My role in the store was to increase the sales rate through conversation and help with customers. • I used to organize the whole stock on my own in the previous shop. The staff had to replenish the stock every hour, therefore, a well-organized stock was very important. Also, we got new items every two days a week so the stock needed special care in that situation. I was also training new staff on how to organize properly. I managed to gain the trust of everyone by using my organizing skills. Also, maintaining was one of the important skills in shops I was working for as Korean customers like clean environments while shopping.
