<Process1>: keyword subtraction.
1. we outsourced the job of scraping the reviews, name of the relevant products from various sources and collected 1,000 reviews and names of top 20 products in the market at the end.
2. subtracted keywords from the name of the Top20 products on the market, and focused on finding a balance between 'finding a viable selling points' and 'stakeholders needs'
3. narrowed it down into 4 keyword, and used it for the standard for the validation and planning
<process 2>
we wanted to see the market's needs first. so we deep dived into the reviews. but since the review itself was hard to make it into a measure for the planning, we used Likert scale on the reviews to see the relevence towards the keyword that we subtracted earlier (4 keywords)
- checked the correlation between the words that we scaled and then made the priorities based on the high and low correlations between keywords.
-> made priorities and mixed words. and then made selling points out of it
-> used it not only for the copywriting or product names, but also used it for the design concepts too.
