Sabine Sørensen

I am a 27-year-old woman from Denmark, currently living in Seoul, Korea. I have lived in Germany for 1 year and in South Korea, 3 times, for a total of  3,5 years. I am a passionate enthusiastic person who loves to experience new things and gain new knowledge and hope to help improve the world through increased cultural understanding and respect.

I have several years of experience living abroad and have studied at international driven schools in both Denmark as well as in Korea, while also having lived in Germany. I have a bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing, with a specialization in social media. I have taken a three-month internship at Hostelling International Korea, where my focus areas were marketing and reception. Additionally, I have done an internship at SEPHORA where I oversaw their social media platforms in Scandinavia, as well as cooperating with beauty brands and the head office. I was afterward hired to work there part-time. I am set to graduate with my master's degree at Kyung Hee University in February 2023, with a diploma in Global Hospitality and Tourism Management, with subjects focused on marketing in the tourism sector. Additionally, I have done volunteer work as an English teacher at a Christian welfare center in Korea, to help those in need, as well as to widen my horizon and cultural understanding.
