Training Programs

Grow as a leader with H&M!

H&M is looking for hard-working students with an open mind and entrepreneurial spirit to join our Leadership Training Program (LTP) and Leadership Development Program (LDP).

We offer unique training opportunities for both undergraduate and MBA students in our New York and New Jersey Corporate Offices. Trainees will learn firsthand from industry experts across areas of Merchandising, E-Commerce, Logistics and Expansion.

These programs will help you further develop your skillset and enable you to make a positive impact on business strategy. You can expect to work alongside exceptional managers and mentors who will help guide your progress throughout a 12-month journey.

Your assignments are tailored based on high-priority business needs. At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared for the ever-changing retail landscape, and have a chance to join the H&M team on a permanent basis.
