    Description:
    *You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

    Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Rooms Department in line with the Hyatt standard.


    Qualifications:

    • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
    • Refined verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Internship experience or less than 3 years work experience in hotel operations may be desired.
    • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
    • Fluent English in terms of speaking, reading and writing.
    • Must hold Korean ID or available visa for employment in Korea.
