E-Commerce Strategy
- Develop mid to long-term corporate e-business and relationshipmarketing strategies, and help GM to evolve RCKoreavision and strategies based on them.
- Well understand 1) latest dynamics of e-business industry and CRM environment, 2) strengths and weakness of RCKorea, and 3) e-player/e-consumer behaviors to derive strategic implications.
- Performs opportunity assessment to identify potential for pursuing existing and emerging electronic commerce customers.
- Actively partner with Sales & marketing functions to effectively leverage, communicate and weave developed insights into business plans, strategies and communications to create competitive advantage and drive sound decision making.
Customer Management
- Translate the e-commerce strategies into demand solutions or plans. Specificallydevelop and run RC unique e-commerce model involving 3 pillar customers.
- Design the e-commerce channel strategy and manage E-commerce accounts, leadto drive e-business profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Effectively connects with the key contacts who can influence and make decisions for the digital environment within our customers.
- Cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for on-lineportfoliofor e-commerce channels.
E/Digital Marketing
- Leverage shopper insights to develop shopper centric solutions for driving traffic and engagement on internal and external platforms.
- Plan and implement e-marketing campaigns to increase conversion ratecoordinating with marketing department.
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure execution of product setup including relevant imagery, costs, and descriptions.

- More than 10years' experiencein FMCG e-commerce and sales in total
- Minimum 2~3 yearsin Brand Digital Marketing experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in e-commerce platform, business strategiesexperience(not just engaged in channel, but established pricing, supply strategy(RTM)andhas a full view on landscape)either for a retaileror a renowned brand with a specialized distribution
- Strategic Agility to accurately scope out projects and create competitive strategies and plans for new business model
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the different data resources available as well as potential research partners and suppliers
- Can use data analysis to identify and articulate core category insights and make actionable business recommendations to drive new opportunities
- Drive for results: Has ownership to proactively move forward and steadfastly pushes self and others for results
- Influencing without authority : Influences and motivates peers across functionsandcollaborate to accomplish goal
- Business Acumen in Smart living, sensitive and curious of technology and digital trends
- Experience in working with high management team at local andregional level
- Excellent communicator both in English and Koreanin written and verbal
