- To enhance the customer experience of all customer interaction channels of LVMH P&C Korea.
- Identify customer pain points and resolve root causes constantly. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Operate daily work of answering and follow-up customers' inquiries on products and services in a timely, accurate and effective communication way with professional knowledge.
- Respond to customers and internal stakeholders calls and e-mails on products/purchases/delivery information (price, usage, packaging, promotion, etc.)
- Handle customer claims in compliance with the framework of the operational procedures. 2. Adapt internal guidelines and procedures in the provision of customer support and handling the customers' claims; Assist in documenting processes and procedures. 3. Log all communication in our customer database accurately and summarize contact data on inquiry volume and trend and produce regular reports for assigned channels/brands. 4. Work closely with logistics, E-business, retail, and marketing teams to give the prompt and accurate response to customers. 5. Provide coaching for team members to improve performance and enhance communication skills when addressing various consumer issues. 6. Support CX manager for the implementation of a variety of projects which help build user-centric journeys across multiple touchpoints.
Profile PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: - +5 years of experience in CX related experience, in B2C e-commerce site maintenance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills especially in customer request/claim handling.
- Open-minded and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player who can gain the support and commitment of internal departments with confidence Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge in e-commerce and business operation.
