About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]AIA생명 테크놀로지본부는 보험 고객 및 사용자에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 혁신적인 금융 플랫폼 서비스를 만들고 있습니다. 플랫폼혁신팀(Platform Center of Excellence Team)은 전사 IT 혁신 프로젝트 관리 및 아키텍처 거버넌스 관리, BRM, 개발 공통 업무를 지원하며, 주요 전략 과제인 Cloud Migration을 주도합니다.
클라우드 아키텍트는, Azure 전환 전략을 수립하고 아키텍처 근간을 설계하여, 당사의 주요 전략 방향인Cloud Migration이 성공적으로 완수될 수 있도록 리드합니다. 또한, 다양한 이해관계자들(e.g. Service/Application Owner, Security, Infrastructure)과의 긴밀한 협업을 통해, 비즈니스 요구사항에 맞는 최적의 클라우드 솔루션을 제공하고, 효율적이고 지속가능한 Cloud Architecture를 유지/개선해 나갑니다.
[담당 업무]
클라우드 전환을 위한 세부 전략을 수립하고, 전환 프로젝트를 추진
비즈니스 및 IT 요구 사항을 고려한, 최적의 클라우드 아키텍처 설계 및 구축
최신의 클라우드 서비스 및 기술 트렌드를 파악하고, 세부 조사 및 평가, 업무 적용(도입) 여부 검토
클라우드 기반 시스템의 운영, 모니터링 및 성능 튜닝 지원
[자격요건]
10년 이상의 클라우드 플랫폼에 대한 전문 지식 및 경험 보유자
클라우드 아키텍처 설계 및 구축 경험자
클라우드 전환 프로젝트 추진 경험자
클라우드 Application 및 Infrastructure에 대한 유지 보수 또는 지원 경험자
클라우드 보안 및 규정 준수에 대한 이해도 보유자
보험 및 금융, IT 산업 환경에 대한 이해
프로젝트 추진 경험(Cloud/On-prem 무관)
팀워크 및 이해관계자들(e.g. Application개발팀, 클라우드&인프라팀, 정보보안팀, 현업사용자팀 등)과 매끄러운 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 기술 보유자
새로운 문제를 신속하게 파악하고 주도적으로 해결하실 수 있는 자
정확하고 적극적인 의사소통이 가능한 자
