- BMS(Battery Management System) Development Experience (High Voltage, Low Voltage) - Not mandatory, but requires a deep understanding of the signal chain.
- Cell Management, Pack Monitoring, Isolated Interface experience - Not mandatory, but requires a deep understanding of the signal chain.
- Understanding of overall BMS market
- Understanding and design experience of power system(Buck, Boost, Controller, LDO)
- Prefer ADI/Maxim business experience.
