- Develop roadmaps, drive planning, execution, schedule optimization, prioritization. Experience - Person needs to be familiar with Functional Safety in any area: Automotive (in the best case), Aerospace, Medical and etc.

- Alternative FuSa standards: IES61513, EN50128, IEC61511, D0178, D0254, ISO13849, IEC60601, IEC61131;
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined, willingness and ability to upskill in Functional Safety Management.
- Good communication skills in Korean (fluent language and good cultural fit) and English (language fluent)
