Key Responsibilities
·Consulting giving advices about company's components and systems.
·Providing application support in the process of choosing, changing, and developing products and systems.
·Supporting sales when matching customer requirements with product requirements (input for customer requirement specification).
·Able to perform technical product presentation in front of customers (concept studies, product concepts, etc.).
·Partner of sales in presales-phase, especially during the offer phase and in the realization process (after customer release).
·Supporting the product management when developing "value propositions" in teams.
·Identifying new applications for company's competencies, product, and systems with Sales & PM.
·Identifying early tech needs and giving input to PM.
·Performing product training for sales with the support of PM, and also for the customers.
Key Requirements
·Minimum of 3 to 5 years working in Field Application Engineer position for home appliances or related field in Korea.
·Fluent in both English and Korean
·Good use of MS Office and ERP (SAP) system is a plus
·Experience in project management and quality management preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills
·Strong planning skill to set up budget
·Driver's license
