- Educate customers on licensing requirements and best practices
- Ensure customer's compliance with Qt software licensing terms and conditions
- Conduct license Compliance Audits
- Collaborate with internal teams on process identification and escalation
- Do data analysis on Qt Usage + reporting on license management activities
- Provide excellent customer service your daily work includes strong cross-functional collaboration
- Handles standard compliance cases independently
- Collaborates with Sales and Legal teams on cross-team compliance matters About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/business, law or a relevant field
- Multiple years of experience using Microsoft suite of products including PowerBI and Excel,
- Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM system experience is a plus
- Audit experience
- Familiarity with software development tools, including IDE's and Code Repositories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and outstanding follow-through skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to successfully handle multiple, high-urgency requests reliably and meet the deadlines
- Familiarity with open-source software, third-party licensing, open-source approval processes, or license compliance governance is highly valued What We Offer
