- Collaboration with sales, service and marketing as "one team" including/but not limited to close interaction for project proposal, engineering review, supplier management and execution to support business target.
- Planning and execution activities including Project Milestone, Deliverables, Project Cost and Project Quality on time
- Project specification and timing review in early project phase before project award
- Planning on project resources from each team (sales, service, marketing, etc.) to launch the project.
- Supplier management for local parts, overseas parts collaborating with logistics/purchasing team.
- Working with APC (Application Center) for special product launch and delivery to keep customer demands.
- Action list review and regular follow up with teams through team meeting
- Regular project status review with Project leader to define the roadblock and progress
- Automation or industrial electrical/mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English is favorable
- Bachelor's degree preferable in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- Used to work responsible and self-contained
- Capability of dealing with complex multitask situations under pressure
- Proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Customer focused
- Good interpersonal and solid organizational skills
- Capability of adapting to flexible schedules
- Willing to travel in customer production site and our offices in South Korea. Overseas travel is required if needed.
- Driver license
