Role Objectives (Reason of existence)
To drive, manage and lead the quality and consumer care functions in Korea through continuous improvement in product quality and Service Call Rate to meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer satisfaction to increase Electrolux Brand Value in Korea.
Mission
Make our consumers happy to use Electrolux products and make our customers satisfied to work with Electrolux.
The individual is responsible for leading end to end Quality Management in Korea. The key responsibilities will be in the area of Approbation, Product Quality, Quality Supply Chain Management, Warranty Cost Management, After Market Service, Customer Satisfaction and any other ad-hoc project assigned.
Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
-. Work closely with regional and global counterparts to implement the global policy in Korea and reflect the Korea requirements back to the regional and global team.
-. Manage warranty costs within budget
-.Manage contact center operational efficiency (First call resolution, response rate calls, abandonment rate)
-. Manage after sales service quality and service time via the contracted service providers based on the global after sales service policy.
-. Manage spare parts ordering from the after sales service vendors and manage spare parts inventory
-. Manage the Korea safety approbation process for new product launches.
-. Technical supports to the local and regional product marketing team as well as regional technical manager to make sure that new product specification meets the Korea locally requirements
Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities
-. Work closely with the business development manager to drive the sales of the consumables and accessories
-. Contribute and work closed with other team managers to achieve the company objective as part of local management team
