About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]고객플랫폼팀은 AIA생명의 고객 대면 디지털 채널 플랫폼을 구축·운영하며, AIA고객 경험 향상을 목표로 합니다.
iVOC Java Developer는 고객 대면 채널 애플리케이션 중 iVOC(AIA VOC 통합시스템)의 개발 및 유지보수를 담당합니다.
현업과의 협력을 통한 안정적인 애플리케이션 운용으로 고객 서비스를 원활하게 제공합니다.
*iVOC : 금융소비자 정책을 반영한 VOC시스템입니다. Linux 서버에 WebSphere를 통해 서비스되는 JAVA기반 애플리케이션으로, Oracle을 메인 데이터베이스로 사용하며 ESB, API 등을 이용해 타시스템과 연계합니다.
[담당 업무]
1. iVOC 애플리케이션 개발, 유지보수 및 운영
유관 부서의 요구 사항을 취합하여 애플리케이션 개발, 유지보수 및 운영
애플리케이션의 아키텍처 디자인, 빌드, 테스트, 배포 등 애플리케이션에 필요한 전반적인 업무 수행
애플리케이션의 안정성과 사용자 만족도, 품질을 향상시키기 위해 문제 해결
아웃소싱 개발 인력 관리, 개발 일정 관리
2. 프로젝트 지원
유관 프로젝트 개발/테스트 등 지원
타 연계시스템 및 인터페이스 프로세스 분석
프로젝트 진행 상황 및 리스크/이슈를 신속하게 공유
[자격요건]
애플리케이션 개발 경력 3년 이상
이해관계자와 협업 가능한 커뮤니케이션 스킬
** 우대사항
JAVA, IBM, MS Azure Cloud 등 기술관련 자격증 보유
보험업계 경력 2년 이상
영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
