About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]영업 플랫폼팀(Distribution Platform Team)에 소속된 상품&룰 파트(Product & Rule Part)는 AIA생명 모든 영업 채널에서 판매하는 상품을 신규 개발하며 상품 별 업무 룰과 심사 룰/프로세스를 정의하고, 영업 플랫폼에 필요한 기능을 연계 개발하는 업무를 담당합니다. 아울러 신규 상품&룰 엔진 도입을 위한 개선 방안을 고민하고, 관련 프로젝트를 리딩합니다.
Product & Rule Management System Developer (상품 & 룰 관리 시스템 개발자)는 상품 & 룰 관리 시스템의 혁신적인 개발 및 안정적인 운영을 담당하게 됩니다.
[담당 업무]
1. 상품 & 룰 관리 시스템 개발 및 유지보수
유관 부서와 커뮤니케이션을 통한 비즈니스 요구 사항 및 프로세스 분석
유관부서와 리스크 관련 규제 분석 및 해결
시스템 개발을 위한 사용자 요구사항 명확화, 시스템 설계, 프로젝트 지원 등을 업무담당자와 소통
기술적인 문제해결을 위한 분석 및 조치
개발 문서 작성기준에 따라 개발 문서 작성
ITO 담당자 커뮤니케이션 및 업무 관리
시스템 성능 모니터링 및 관리
QC/QA를 통한 품질 관리

영업플랫폼 관련 프로젝트 리드
연관 프로젝트 대응개발 지원
타 시스템과의 인터페이스 프로세스 분석 및 개발

[자격요건]
어플리케이션 개발 경력, 7년 이상
보험 시스템 개발 경험, 3년 이상 (SFA 경험 필수)
비즈니스 룰 엔진 환경에서 응용 프로그램 설계 및 개발에 대한 경험
JAVA, SQL, RDBMS, Spring Framework, Rest API, Tomcat, Linux, Database 개발 역량
클라우드 환경에 대한 이해
새로운 문제를 신속하게 파악하고 주도적으로 해결하실 수 있는 분
원활한 협업을 위해 열린 자세로 업무에 임하실 수 있는 분
책임감 있고 독립적으로 업무 수행하실 수 있는 분
익숙하지 않은 환경에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 분
정확하고 적극적인 의사소통이 가능하신 분
