- Undergraduate and/or master's degree with business or finance background preferred; strong record of academic achievement
- 5+ years of work experience is a requirement
- Experience in FIG operations (e.g., operation management, risk management, underwriting, credit score modeling, etc.); consulting firm experience is a must
- Clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic, and/or extracurricular setting
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas
- Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
