About the Role
[팀/포지션 소개]AIA생명 테크놀로지본부는 보험 고객 및 사용자에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 혁신적인 금융 플랫폼 서비스를 만들고 있습니다. 플랫폼혁신팀(Platform Center of Excellence Team)은 전사 IT 혁신 프로젝트 관리 및 아키텍처 거버넌스 관리, 개발 공통 업무 수행과 함께, AIA생명 자회사(AIA Premier Partners)의 시스템 개발/운영 지원을 담당하고 있습니다.
영업 플랫폼 시스템 개발자는 대면 영업 채널의 전반적인 프로세스(설계사 채용, 교육, 상품 설계, 청약, 관리 등)에 대한 Agency 시스템의 구축 및 안정적 운영을 담당하게 됩니다.
[담당 업무]
프로젝트 수행을 위한 요구 사항 분석, 아키텍쳐 설계 및 개발
영업 플랫폼 시스템 유지 보수를 위한 분석, 설계 및 구현
시스템 성능 모니터링 및 관리 (성능/안정성 보장을 위한 소스 최적화)
보안 및 데이터 무결성을 위한 조치 수행
QC/QA를 통한 시스템 품질 관리
[자격요건]
보험 영업 시스템 프로젝트(SFA 시스템 -설계,개발) 또는 유지 보수 이력 (특히, GA영업시스템) 소유자
시스템(어플리케이션) 개발 경험 5년 이상 (JAVA, SQL, RDBMS, Spring Framework, Restful API, WAS등에 대한 지식 및 경험)
클라우드 환경에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
새로운 문제를 신속하게 파악하고 주도적으로 해결하실 수 있는 분
책임감 있고 독립적으로 업무 수행하실 수 있는 분
정확하고 적극적인 의사소통이 가능하신 분

보험사영업 시스템 구축 프로젝트 참여(PL 또는 개발자) 경험자
Agile 또는 Scrum 개발 방법론에 대한 이해 및 경험자
클라우드 환경에서의 개발 경험자
영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
