- Translate demand/supply plan into a master production schedule fulfilling the build mix requirement to support demand fluctuation.
- Analyze tradeoff options and influence decisions based on constraints in the whole supply chain.
- Own supply commitments for multiple CHIP products. Craft optimized supply plan considering material availability as well as constraints.
- Plan and allocate dependent raw materials of die, substrate, memory, and other materials to the right production subcon to meet production schedule.
- Work closely with Product Engineering Team to coordinate smooth transition of product/engineering revision changes.
- Own production planning related transactions in SAP. Responsible for production order management and re-prioritize existing WIP based on the latest demand & supply trends to ensure product supply availability.
- Identify slow moving/aging inventory and drive clearance activities with Business Unit to minimize write-off.
- Support and develop various operational metrics and reportings to drive improvement initiatives in production control planning.
- 3+ years of working experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business focused on operations, supply chain management or equivalent experience in Semiconductor Planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, industry leading Advanced Planning software.
- Proven problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, detail oriented and quantitative skills.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Be able to work at a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasks simultaneously under tight schedule.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Advanced data management skills (Excel VBA / Tableau / Power BI ... etc.) will be a plus.
