    Position: IT Support / Technical / Video Conference

    Requirement:

    1. English fluent (speech/reading & writing).

    2. Basic IT knowledge, IP addressing, basic Windows domain admin and file admin.

    3. Basic IT troubleshooting skills.

    4. Ability to work in Helpdesk environment.

    5. Able to do simple cabling task.

    6. Liaison between business users and L2 / L3 backend team

    7. Handles local project implementation

    Job description:

    1. Engineers would have to conduct the onsite IT support based on instructions provided.

    2. PC / laptop cloning, deployment.

    3. Develop and maintain local IT environment documentation.

    4. Maintain record of warranties and licenses and report on any upcoming license expirations. Maintain hardware and software inventory lists.

    5. Support for agreed corporate standard suite of software applications (i.e. MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).

    6. Software, first level application support eg. Omega, GED, BO

    7. Support for Hardware incident management including vendor liaison for hardware issues.

    8. Support for problems using or accessing services via the end user's desktop.

    9. Diagnose and troubleshoot any identified network or server issues.

    10. Assist with the procurement of IT related hardware and software when required.

    11. Support for problems associated with printing problems generally, BYOD issues, WIF issues.

    12. Provide all hot fixes and patches for desktops.

    13. Proactive anti-virus updates for desktops.

    14. IP Phone Systems - Onsite support, vendor liaison, issue tracking and reporting when instructed by Regional IT.

    15. Audio-Visual & Video conferencing – onsite support, vendor liaison, issue tracking and reporting.

    16. Concierge Services ( away Office events if there is ).

    17. Liaison with building management during annual building power shutdown.

    18. Local projects implementation if any.
