쿠팡트래블에 상품의 공급과 운영을 담당하고있는 Supply and Distribution 팀에서, 비즈니스의 성장을 위한 전략과 비전을 제시하고 전략의 실행과 운영을 리드하여 지속 가능한 성장을 이끌어 갈 Stay(Hotel/Resort)Category Lead 포지션을 채용하고 있습니다.
업무 내용
비즈니스 운영 지표를 심층 분석하여 데이터 기반의 성장 전략 수립
월별/분기별/연간 목표 달성을 위한 팀/개인 KPI관리
가격 경쟁력 확보를 위한 프로모션 기획
데이터에 기반한 여러 이해관계자와 협업
중/장기적 프로젝트 기획/리드
자격 요건
숙박 상품의 유통구조/가격/경쟁구도의 높은 이해도와 관련 경험 10년 이상인 분
개인/팀의 목표 및 KPI를 설정/관리하고 목표를 성공적으로 달성한 경험이 최소 1년 이상인 분
월/분기/연간 거래액(매출) 목표를 성공적으로 달성한 경험이 있는 분
플랫폼/이커머스 등에서 거래액(매출) 및 관련된 Input 지표 관리를 주 업무로 수행한 분

서류 반환 정책

당사는 위 2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 개인정보 보호법 에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
