    [Social Media Strategy]

  • Overview the global social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok) to expand the brand presence in these channels fully
  • Direct the content development strategy for social channels
  • Planning and creating social calendars and social assets for each campaign.
  • Collaborating and actively communicating with each market for social media support.
  • Creating trendy and brand-aligned social content to establish brand image and expand coverage within channels.
  • Analyzing and Sharing reports on our own social media channels.
  • Analyzing and Sharing reports on competitors' social media channels.

    • [Team Management]

  • Leading the team and managing team members.
  • Regular meetings with each market to provide support to the teams.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Years of experience: Min. ~ years of experience in the cosmetic industry (PR agency preferred)
  • Specific Career Experience Cosmetic company experience is preferred.Connecting and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively with related stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Digital proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
