- Manage all aspects of the finance function including financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Produce monthly corporate management pack including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and forecast.
- Daily Accounting Bookkeeping & upload vouchers in Sun system accurately and timely.
- In charge of the monthly closing related jobs and be responsible for the reporting details.
- Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers and clients to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including tax authorities, tax advisors, bankers.
- Train internal stakeholders on the optimum use of all systems to drive productivity.
- Review client contracts to ensure compliance with company polices.
- Prepare annual internal & external audit materials (accounting documents), co-working with the regional audit manager
- Responsible for the quarterly local VAT tax reporting to the government, ensure all the figures are under local policy.
- Review employee expense claim and handle Concur system related issues
- Manage fixed asset management tracking the records and updating accurate information on a regular basis
- Provide the general administrative support to all staff organizing the office management concerning operations
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Over 7 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Korean.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with various levels within the organization
- Initiative, strategic thinking and detail oriented
- Ability to work within fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
