About the position
Solution Engineer는 Lunit을 통해 공급되는 제품의 배포 및 사용 편의성을 높이고, 고품질의 서비스가 제공되도록 만드는 역할을 합니다. 이를 위해 개발 및 제품 사용 과정까지 넓은 분야에 참여하고 효율적인 제품 기능, 사용법, 운영 절차, 가이드라인 등을 문서화하고 교육하는 업무를 수행합니다. 그리고 엔지니어들로부터 정기적으로 운영 및 서비스 피드백을 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 요구사항을 고도화하여 사용자 중심의 제품 개선에 기여합니다. 또한, 제품을 사용하는 내부 조직 및 파트너에 대한 기술적인 지원을 제공하며, 문제가 발생한 경우 이를 재현하고 해결하는 역할도 담당합니다.
