- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions related to CMP filter characterization
- Develop and present test methods to demonstrate filter performance and introduce new technologies that could be applied to filter validation.
- Collaborate with CMP FAE and PM to communicate customer feedback and test results effectively.
- Analyze returned filters, provide detailed reports to customers, and gather customer feedback to share with the CMP Business Unit.
- Excellent problem-solving, design capabilities, and customer service skills (BS degree required, MS degree preferred).
- Detail-oriented, able to record/analyze quantitative data, make qualitative observations, and communicate findings clearly.
- Knowledge and experience with semiconductor processes, chemicals or equipment or similar (3-5 years of working experience preferred).
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
